Your information
Privacy notice
Last updated October 23, 2026
This notice explains how Pruve it handles information on our marketing website, in beta invitation requests, and in messages you send us. It does not cover seller accounts, item uploads, or published condition reports.
When you request a beta invitation
We collect your email address and, if you choose to provide them, your name and the kind of item you’re interested in selling. We also record when you requested access, the data-use notice version, your request’s review status, and confirmation-email sending status.
We use these details to confirm receipt, review requests, plan beta access, and contact you about your request or an invitation. Requesting an invitation does not create a seller account or subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. We do not use invitation requests for AI analysis or sell this information.
How long we keep requests
We keep beta invitation requests while we are recruiting. We delete them when the invitation list closes, or sooner if you ask us to remove your request. Deleting a request does not delete a separate seller account or a report.
Removal is handled manually. Limited copies may remain temporarily in our service providers’ backups until those backups expire under their retention processes.
Website services and security
We use Vercel to host the marketing website, Cloudflare to process and store invitation requests, and Resend to send request confirmations. Resend receives your email address and the confirmation message, and handles email delivery information. These providers receive technical information, such as IP addresses and browser request details, to deliver and protect their services.
To limit repeated submissions, our invitation service keeps short-lived, hashed network identifiers and attempt counts. Your raw IP address is not stored in your invitation record.
The marketing page loads fonts from Google Fonts, which causes your browser to request font resources from Google. We have not added advertising trackers to the marketing website.
Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics on our public marketing pages and example reports to understand visits, referring websites, and broad device and location information. Vercel uses a temporary request-derived identifier for aggregate visitor counts, discarded after 24 hours. It does not use third-party cookies for this analytics service.
We remove query strings and fragments from recorded page URLs. We do not send invitation form contents, email addresses, seller drafts, or private report content to analytics. These statistics help us improve the website; they do not tell us whether an individual person received an invitation.
Contact, corrections, and deletion
Email hello@pruveitreports.com to ask about your information, correct a request, or have it removed. Please write from the address used for your request so we can match it. If we need more information to verify a request, we will ask.
If you contact us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message and use them to respond and handle your request. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
Changes to this notice
We will update this page and its date when our handling of marketing website information changes.
